Pumpkins At Kentucky Kingdom Presented By Humana Is Now Bigger And Brighter

In its fourth year, the event now has more space to explore at Discovery Meadow with a new light tunnel, added festive food and night ride experiences, giving guests more value at the same price

LOUISVILLE, KY (September 26, 2025) – Pumpkins at Kentucky Kingdom Presented by Humana returns today for its fourth year, bringing even more seasonal fun, glowing pumpkins, and immersive experiences for the whole family. New this year, the event expands into the all-new Discovery Meadow, adding 260,000 square feet of festive space to explore, all included with regular park admission.

Running through October 26, this unique day-to-night celebration lights up the park with more than 1,000 illuminated pumpkins, larger-than-life pumpkin sculptures, and a brand-new 60-foot light tunnel. Guests can enjoy over a dozen fall-themed photo ops, trick-or-treat stations with free candy, a hay maze, and a full lineup of live entertainment, including music, magic shows, family dance parties, and appearances by signature characters. The event also offers a one-of-a-kind opportunity to experience rides after dark, surrounded by glowing lights under the night sky— an experience you can’t get anywhere else in Kentuckiana.

Guests can also indulge in seasonal favorites with the Pumpkins Tasting Passport, a food-lovers’ ticket to four fall-themed items across the park, including new limited-time offerings like Funnel Cake Fries, Maple Bourbon Soft Serve, and Buffalo Chicken Baked Potatoes, with savings of up to $15.

Pumpkins at Kentucky Kingdom runs Fridays through Sundays, beginning September 26 and continuing through October 26, 2025. Tickets for opening weekend (September 26–28) are currently discounted to $19.99, while supplies last.  Pumpkins at Kentucky Kingdom is included with a regular admission ticket or a 2025 Season Pass.
