For the first time, Kentucky Kingdom has extended our calendar by 24 days, offering something to love each season! Entertainment will be at an all-time high this year with the introduction of three new festivals and the return of fan favorites. You and your family can make the most out of every season at Kentucky Kingdom!

New this year, Kentucky Kingdom is hosting Floral Frenzy from Saturday, May 25 through Sunday, June 30! Experience color in motion as we celebrate the transition from spring to summertime in Louisville. Kentucky Kingdom's Floral Frenzy festival commemorates the boldness of color with 6 live flower walls, a Silent Disco on June 8, and a Floral Frenzy 5K race on June 29. Guests will also have the chance to see a live artist paint a colorful, flower-themed mural during select times from May 25-31!
We want to thank those who have served or are currently serving on this Memorial Day weekend! On Sunday, May 26, Kentucky Kingdom is excited to host an all-you-can-eat picnic, benefiting the Wounded Warrior Project. Season passholders can support active military and veterans by purchasing a picnic ticket for $10 that will benefit a great cause! Tickets can be purchased online in advance or at the park on the day of the event.
Additionally, those without season passes will be able to purchase discounted admission and picnic tickets for $35.99+tax.
In partnership with the World Waterpark Association and Blue Lizard Sunscreen®, join us on Thursday, June 20 at 2 PM to be a part of the world's largest swimming lesson! Our 30-minute children’s swimming lesson will take place in the Family Wave Pool in Hurricane Bay. At Hurricane Bay, water safety and education are of the utmost importance to us! Help us combat drownings – the leading cause of accidental, injury-related death in children aged 1-4 years old – by participating in a fun and interactive learning experience.
From July 4 through July 6, soar, splash, and kick off the Fourth of July weekend with a BOOM! Kentucky Kingdom’s Red, White, and Bluegrass Bash commemorates Independence Day weekend with daily fireworks, the tastes and sounds of Bluegrass, and a weekend-long celebration.
We’re ready to light up the Louisville skyline with the return of Kentucky Kingdom’s firework show! Every Saturday in July, join us for fun-filled nights with firework displays, rides and attractions, and entertainment until 10pm! The show will launch fireworks 350 feet into the sky, casting a vibrant glow that can be seen anywhere from within the park.
Oh my gourd! This October, Kentucky Kingdom is eager to welcome guests back for our fan-favorite family-friendly experience, Pumpkins at Kentucky Kingdom! Full of fall fun and autumnal attractions, Pumpkins at Kentucky Kingdom will begin on Thursday, October 3 and run through Sunday, October 27.
Christmas at Kentucky Kingdom will officially open on November 29 and the holly jolly experience will continue through January 4! The all-new Christmas wonderland will immerse the park in a twinkling holiday wonderland, curated to bring families closer together and create memories worth repeating year after year.
