Excitement is in the air. The following departments are accepting applications for the 2015 operating season.

FOOD SERVICE - Our Food and Beverage team will take orders, prepare, and serve our guests quality food and drinks while delivering first rate customer service. No visit to Kentucky Kingdom is complete without enjoying some of the delicious treats offered at our Food and Beverage locations!
RIDE OPERATIONS - Operating our rides in a fun, friendly and responsible manner ensures that our guests have a happy, fun, and safe experience on our rides and attractions. All ride operators must be 18 or older.
AQUATICS - Our lifeguard staff is the key to the safety and enjoyment of our guests at Hurricane Bay. All of our lifeguards must complete lifeguard requirements for Louisville Metro and be certified under the Ellis & Associates program. All lifeguards must be 16 or older.
WAREHOUSE - We can’t operate without this department making deliveries throughout the park quickly and correctly! You’ll receive and distribute merchandise, food, office supplies and other goods. You must be in good physical condition and able to lift cases of goods on a regular basis.
CASH CONTROL - In this position, you’ll interact with all of the park’s revenue departments (guest services, games, merchandise, and food service) and get a chance to put your math skills to work.
PARK SERVICES - The position of Park Services team member is particularly important. As part of this team, you can take pride in keeping Kentucky Kingdom clean, beautiful, and fun for all ages. Cleanliness is vital in creating a safe, hospitable environment for our guests and team members.
PUBLIC SAFETY - Keeping our park safe and friendly as well as secure is an important job and it doesn’t end when the park closes for the day. Public Safety Officers ensure that Kentucky Kingdom is safe for all ages at all times. All Public Safety personnel must be at least 18 years old and be willing to work flexible hours.
MERCHANDISE AND GAMES - As a member of our Games nad merchandise team you will use your powers of persuasion as you urge our guests to test their skills on our many different games or, you will work in our gift shops and present our wide assortment of gift items and souvenirs to our guests. In addition to helping guests find just the right memento of their visit, you will ring up sales, tag and display inventory, and work with a fun energetic team. Enthusiasm and good people skills are a plus in this exciting position.
GUEST SERVICES - While working as part of our guest service team you’ll work on the front lines, interacting with guests entering the park, setting the tone for their day, and providing excellent service to those with questions, comments, special needs, etc. If you love people, you’ll love this job!
TECHNICAL SERVICES - Kentucky Kingdom is accepting applications for individuals with experience in industrial maintenance. Must have experience in advanced carpentry, mechanics, gear reduction, pneumatics, hydraulics, and electricity. In addition weekend and night work is required.
